TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Each client is responsible for providing accurate flight information. SMXPERIENCE will send a confirmation email, so clients can double-check their information and make any required corrections.
Any change has to be requested by email 24 hrs in advance (minimum) and it has to be confirmed with a response from SMXPERIENCE by email as well.

The client is responsible for notifying us of any changes, flight delays or cancellations. If the client is on a delayed flight, and the driver has not left for the airport, then we will not charge for the service. 
There is a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. 
We are not responsible for forgotten objects on the vehicles. Please verify you have all of your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

 

 

We will suggest a departure time from San Miguel de Allende to the Airport(s) to ensure we get everyone on time (usually 3 ½hrs. It takes 1 ½ hrs to get to the Airport, BJX (Bajío/ León) and QRO (Querétaro), plus 2 hrs prior flight departure as requested by International flights). México City Airport is about 4 hours far from San Miguel de Allende.

If you decide a different hour, we are not responsible for missing flights.

 

Tips are not included, and so appreciated. 

 

PAYMENT PROCESS

 

IF YOU DECIDE TO USE CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE ADVISE YOUR BANK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT OF YOUR COUNTRY AND THAT YOU AUTHORIZE SMXPERIENCE (this is the name is going to show on your bank statement) TO MAKE CHARGES FOR PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

VISA and MASTERCARD are welcome.

CASH: YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY IN CASH DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND ON DEPARTURE DATE. YOU CAN PAY IN AMERICAN DOLLARS OR MEXICAN PESOS. NO CHARGE WILL BE DONE TO THE PROVIDED CREDIT CARD.

CREDIT CARD

ARRIVAL: THE CHARGE WILL BE DONE TO THE PROVIDED CREDIT CARD ONCE YOU MEET YOUR DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT/PICK UP LOCATION.

DEPARTURE: THE CHARGE WILL BE DONE ONE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE BACK TO THE AIRPORT/ DROP OFF LOCATION.

WE WILL SEND AN INVOICE BY EMAIL WITHIN THE NEXT  3-5 DAYS FROM YOUR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE.

    

CANCELLATION

AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

Free cancellation with 24 hours advance notice. Full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

If you can´t find your chauffeur or vehicle, please call the telephone number listed in your reservation. Leaving pick up location without calling our office may result in a no-show charge equal to total reservation cost.

Cancellation must be done by e-mail sent to hola@smxperience.com and should be confirmed with a response.

There will be no refunds via credit cards. We only give vouchers for future travel with SMXPERIENCE.

NO SHOW would mean a charge to your credit card for the total amount of your transportation service.
